A special squad of 30 police officers swept on Danbury dens described as blind tigers and speak-easys, seizing three truckloads of liquor in a crackdown. Suspects were not named in the accessible text.
Danbury authorities conducted a large liquor raid resulting in 15 arrests and heavy bonds. Police and officers seized sizable quantities of whiskey wine and cider from multiple addresses including 43 Elm Street and 15 parcels from Charles Setaro.
