Curtiss Jowles of Buffalo reports Tanlac relieved rheumatism and boosted his health after weeks of pain in the feet and poor appetite. He says four bottles made him a new man, adding that Tanlac is the world’s greatest tonic and that Tanlac is widely sold by druggists.
Plans for the annual Pootatuck Yacht Club meet near completion as committees are appointed by Gammedore W K Hurston. The event, expected to be the biggest in 25 years, features committees for programme printing decoration entertainment reception swimming yacht race canoe race and more with numerous local names named. A Webster Street fire drill interrupted a noon incident nearby.
Seeley, former assistant city attorney and clubman, elected president of the Board of Recreation Athletic club after Bridgeport Athletic club disbanded last night.
