MATHEWSON PROMOTES NORWALK TIRE EXECUTIVE DEATH

Stamford telegram reports Clifford Bar Mare Mathewson secretary treasurer of Norwalk Tire and Rubber Company died at age 42 at his Strawberry Hill home after a long illness. A former Nebraska rancher and Pacific coast agent, he moved to Stamford nine years ago and founded Norwalk Tire. Survived by wife Marie Adelaide and two children Catford and Joan.
