Today and tomorrow the Poli a Majestic presents The Village Orchestra Gloria Swanson in Fine Manners and The Musical Gombergs violin prodigies Cella and Robert from Bridgeport. The Village Orchestra draws jealously enthusiastic crowds as a new novelty with fresh numbers. The Gombergs display rare violin technique for youths, ages 15 and 13, before returning to Boston for studies with Jacques Hoffman. Gloria Swanson stars in Fine Manners with Eugene O Brien giving strong supporting work. Also shown is Jack of Hearts an adaptation of Jack in the Pulpit detailing Jack Farber's life lessons and eventual confession before his congregation. A vaudeville bill led by George Choos with Alexander Garriley and Vera Strelska in Ballet Modern rounds out the Palace programme.
