Alderman Lorenzo E McTiernan of 38 Colorado Avenue, Fourth District, said last night he will withdraw as a candidate for re election in the November 4 city election. He plans to move to Lafjay Boulevard Fairfield tomorrow and, as a nonresident of Bridgeport, would not be eligible to serve another term. He is completing his first two year term and will submit a letter of withdrawal today.
