Fairfield at a town meeting approved 1500 for the Town Penning Commission to be spent under the Town Finance committee while an amendment for a larger sum failed. Hartford Man Killed as Car Leaves Road
In Hartford early today Oger Harsington aged 42 a former garage keeper now employed at the Underwood factory was killed when his roadster left the road struck a railing near a bridge at Pleasant Valley and plunged below the bank. Examiner C F English of Hartford said death was likely due to a broken neck and a pocket containing 258 dollars was found on the victim.
