Baptist Group May Be Named Sponsor of High Rise Housing
The Housing Site Development agency may name the American Baptist Service Corporation as non profit sponsor for a 110 unit high rise on Washington Avenue. HSDA executive director Arthur J. LaChioma said ABSC, via its affiliate First Baptist church, applied. A Friday HSDA meeting will decide if the project is a co op or rental and consider other sponsor applications.
