Norwalk Nov 1 A Norwalk councilman Clavence Potter resigned from the free committeeman role to join Mayor Thomas Robins on the council. Potter plans to attend to business in St Cloud Florida and may relocate as his partner died prompting the move. The vacancy will be filled after approval by the district commissioners and the remaining party officials.
