Turbines From Ocean Pressure Hypothesized by Professor
A report outlines a theory that atmospheric pressure at eight bar could feed steam turbines via vacuum from deep sea Calder water. Professor Claude suggests surface rainfall power matching water falling 100 metres, with 400000 kilowatts per thousand cubic metres of hot old water per second. He notes high costs versus gravity plants and proposes hydraulic power near tropical ports using sea water tubes to cool tropics and aid colonies.
