Gymnasts Exhibit by German American Club Saturday
The German American Sports club gymnastic group will stage an exhibition and dance Saturday at 8:30 p.m. in Germania hall, 1790 Main St. Guest performers include Heinz Briegel, Jeffrey Cardinal, and Hans Ersing of the Springfield Turnverein. The Springfield Turners have won top prizes at Turnfest events in Germany and New England. Also appearing are Kurt Schmitz, William Schmitz, and a German American gymnasium class group from Bridgeport. Committee head is Paul Witte with other organizers listed.
