Charles F A Bilitz III longtime city official and meat dealer died by suicide in his bath room yesterday afternoon after returning from a sanitarium stay in Northampton Massachusetts He was found unconscious by family and died before medical aid arrived Records show he served as director of Public Works from 1907 to 1909 He is survived by his widow a son Norman H and two sisters Funeral services will be private at Walker and Banks mortuary chapel with burial at the Fairfield avenue location.
