Moccio Held for Death of Knapp
Coroner finds that 18 year old William Knapp died from a criminal act by Tony Moccio at Moccio's pool parlor on Pembroke Street. Knapp, with companions, joked with Moccio then returned and was shot by a loaded sun gun after Moccio allegedly fired the weapon. Witnesses say the wound was fatal and Moccio denies intent, claiming the discharge was accidental.
