Free Toll Bridges Bill Reported By Committee
Hartford Conn May 1 A bill to free all toll bridges in the state will be reported by the legislative committee on force next week. It follows a Roads Rivers and Bridges committee recommendation. Finance committee actions yesterday favored some bills but rejected others and delayed toll removal until after September 30 1992. Senator Costello Groton had pressed for free bridges and inquired after a rejection, learning the finance panel voted to support the main toll removal bill.
