Mrs Ben ny Katt wife of the suspended Giants officer on trial for stealing a car testified for her husband claiming he handed over the sale proceeds after the car was disposed of. Jess Barnes Giants pitcher said he and Kauff failed in an auto accessory business and borrowed from the club to cover debts. The defense repeated innocence and the trial will continue tomorrow.
