WEST HARTFORD May 21 AP a 21 year old West Hartford man armed with a shotgun was forced by tear gas to crawl out of the cellar window after threatening two policemen. Donald Reilly was held at police headquarters without charge as investigators continued. His mother Mrs Eleanor Reilly had called police after a spree of destruction in the home. Police found the house turned upside down and Reilly emerging from a downstairs area with the weapon as tear gas bombs were used from above.
