Mary Burtaccio Scozzafava of Danbury sues Vincent R Scozzafava Sr also of Danbury for legal separation alleging intolerable cruelty. Diane Nault Schalkham of Danbury sues John A Schalkham of Carmel for intolerable cruelty in a prior marriage.
Edward Caisse of 475 Washington Avenue Waterbury says their four month old son fell ill and required hospital physician care, but CMS payroll plan at Uni royal in Naugatuck covered the full doctor expenses. The family urges Connecticut residents to join CMS and obtain applications by writing or calling CMS Box 101 New Haven 08501.
A Greyhound bus near Kansas City was shot at by a passenger identified as Mrs. Lillian Reeves about 56 who then fled, prompting a four car pileup as the driver lost control. Four people aboard were wounded and several injuries occurred among other passengers and a Kansas City Chiefs player. Reeves was placed under mental examination after the incident.
Services are set for Bridgeport area men Leo Kowalonek Pierre Robichaud and Thomas Richer who died when a light plane crash near Summitville New York. Kowalonek a Beechcraft Bonanza owner 41 will have services at Radozycki funeral home and St Michael the Archangel Church with a requiem Mass. Robichaud 44 a landscape gardener of Fairfield will be interred at St Michael's cemetery after Mass at Holy Family church. Richer 42 operator of Ace Electric Stratford will have services at Stratford funeral home and St James church with burial at St Michael's cemetery.
