Forger Held for Superior Court in Meriden Case
William Sternberg alias Harry Bodiece twenty eight of Meriden arraigned in Superior Court on charges of obtaining money under false pretenses. He allegedly presented forged checks and testimonials to banks in New Britain New Haven Derby Ansonia and Nutmeg area, cashing funds and attempting similar schemes. He was held on bonds and later arrested after an Ansonia nolle.

Engine Jump Halts Pennsylvania Train No Injuries Reported
