Alleged liquor runner to face federal court in Hartford
Thomas Marrone of Brooklyn was arrested by federal agents after a two mile chase in Westpool. Agents found a roadster with a concealed 97 gallon alcohol tank. He was brought before Commissioner Hugh J. Lavery with bonds set at 400 dollars and ordered to be taken to Hartford for federal court.
