One Injured in Crash Two Jitney Drivers Held
Aaron Rosen of 20 Windsor Street was slightly injured when two jitneys crashed at Mountain Grove Street and Fairfield Avenue. Drivers Conseentia Arpatgitkas of 1836 Stratford Avenue and A. J. Wilson of 83 Fairfield Avenue were arrested and charged with reckless driving. Both to appear in City Court. Wilson claims Arpatgitkas forced his vehicle into Fairfield Avenue then pressed Wilson’s machine, demolishing a front wheel. At the time 72 passengers were in Wilson’s car and eight in Arpatgitkas’s car. Monson suffered injuries to the right arm.
