Man crushed to death by freight car at Riverside

Greenwich June 30. Prapok Stwaikis, 34, of Catrock Road, killed in Riverside freight raids when a freight car toppled him. Employed by Ernst J Druckham, a truckman loading goods from the car. While Druckham pushed the car, Stwaikis was struck and fatally injured.

Architect Offers To Slash Prices On New Schools

An architect named Joseph W M Northrop offered to design Columbus school projects at reduced rates, proposing three and a half percent of construction cost if retained for future buildings. Lindsey ousted from Denver juvenile court by order

Denver June 30 The long career of Judge Ben B Lindsey who founded the juvenile court and made it famous was interrupted when a court order ousted him following the Colorado Supreme Court ruling that he was illegally elected in 1924.
