Girl Parachute Jumper Hurts In Failed Leap

Bay State Autoist Shot by Cop Dies in Hospital

Wakefield Massachusetts February 3 Associated Press James Mensill of Wakefield shot by a Stoneham policeman Sunday night after disobeying orders to stop his auto and died tonight in Manchester hospital. Witness Tatlolman Daniel McKinnon of Stoneham said Mensill raised a hand near a pistol before dying.

Four Year Search for Wife Ends with Bigamy Arrest

Norwalk on February 28 reported Sylvester Garrow’s four year pursuit ended with the arrest of his estranged wife and her second husband, Roy Bray, on charges of bigamy. Bray, a meat market operator and janitor, posted bonds. Garrow’s claim is that Mrs. Bray had married Bray without divorce after leaving him in 1923. The case may prompt adultery charges if bigamy cannot be proven.

Two Men Arrested In Bridgeport Liquor Raids
