Mrs Sylvanus Stokes Jr of New York and Washington asks custody of her children in a French court filing but requests no alimony. The divorce proceeding aims at reconciliation but is expected to proceed to grant soon. Mrs Stokes formerly Miss Margaret Fahnestock.
