Wessels Seeks Writ in Treason Indictment Case
Herman Wessels, indicted for treason during the war, filed a writ of habeas corpus returnable next Friday in Brooklyn federal court directed at Rear Admiral McDonald. American aviators G Usher and LM Wolf were forced to land in Mexico yesterday and remain prisoners today, reportedly treated with courtesy. They slept at the office of Francisco Petraza in Nacozari, with a bed provided.
