Court rules pickets cannot be kept after strike at Willys Overland
In Toledo Ohio Judge John M. Killits issued a permanent injunction barring labor union pickets from interfering with Willys Overland workers. The order states striking employees off payroll since June are not employees and rejects prolonging a labor dispute after its substance faded. The plant began removing pickets today following the court action.
