Woodruff will provides 10000 yearly to widow and other bequests
The will of the late Frank H. Woodruff, age 78 of Milford, drawn by Attorney Robert J. Woodruff of Orange, leaves his widow a lifetime income of 10000 invested by the Probate court, to be used until death or remarriage. Upon death the income joins the residuum to be divided among his children. The document names several specific cash bequests to his second and first marriage’s issue, and a trust provision for cemetery care. Woodruff died en route to Yellowstone, leaving a large residue to his sons William H. and Harold Woodruff, Mrs. Carrie Lindley, and Florence Leach, with no charitable bequests.
