New York April 27 AP The Republic of Argentina plans a $21,206,000 thirty four year bond issue marketed at 49 by a J P Morgan headed syndicate to raise funds for public works. Other offerings include $10,004,000 American Radiator debentures at 4 1 2 percent, $4,000,000 Pirelli Italian bonds, $4,000,000 Illinois highway bonds, and $3,006,000 Inland Power and Light issues. Dillon Read will lead a syndicate for $15,000,000 Canadian National Railways equipment trust certificates, first since 1925. Public Polish loan of $80,900,600 under negotiation may come to market soon.

Hartford April 23 AP another juror almost selected today to join the two already chosen in the Chinese murder case. Richard F Bartlett twenty three of 116 Ashley street was excused by Judge Newell Jennings for being under twenty five and for opposition to capital punishment and prejudice toward the Chinese. Forty three salesmen were excused for opposition to capital punishment. The jury pool was enlarged by drawing fifty more rent firemen from nearby towns to report tomorrow.
