Girl Killed as Car Hits Child in Norwalk

Eleven year old Mary Tucciarone died after being struck on the Post road near Taylor Avenue. A speeding unidentified car dragged the body several feet and fled. Royal E. Tomlinson rushed the girl to Norwalk Hospital where he died from injuries. Medical examiner notes the radiator imprint on the child’s face and crushed skull. Witnesses described varying vehicle details. no car identified by night’s end.

Stamford youths injured when auto hits truck

Naugatuck Man Held Responsible For Girl Death

Peter Gualdi of Naugatuck was found criminally responsible by Coroner El Mix for the death of nine year old Virginia Pamerilla of Shelton, struck April 18 on Bridgeport Avenue. The coroner ruled Gualdi was speeding and brakes failed, and the girl died at Griffin Hospital.
