Mrs Horace B Brainard, former president of the Connecticut Federation of Women’s Clubs in 1920-1922, died at her Thompsonville home after a brief illness. A lifelong resident, born in 1976, she leaves her husband and one daughter. Funeral services will be held at the home Saturday at 3 o’clock.
