Forgotten Ships Grave in Port Jefferson Creek
In a back-water of Port Jefferson on Long Island, a rusting flotilla lies decayed along the creek from Port Jefferson end to the harbor. The abandoned vessels, once bold in wind and water, drift toward a silent grave as tides and neglect erode their hulls and masts. Only one ship remains unmoved, a silent relic that has never sailed nor felt the sea.
