The will of Timothy J. McNamara, a prominent local provision merchant, was admitted to probate. The bulk of the estate goes to his widow Mrs Catherine McNamara, named executrix, with 60 Eagle Lock Company shares held in trust for their two minor sons Timothy L and Walter J until age 23. Appraisers are John T Rourke and Thomas J McNamara.
