Mystic will upheld in New York court
Swedish relatives of Mrs Rebecca Tonnele Tice Gay who died in France in 1917 failed to stop ancillary letters testamentary being issued to Benjamin Wastman Harwood of Chester Conn. The New York appellate division upheld Surrogate Fowler’s order granting the letters. The will described as mystic by trench law was sealed in the presence of a notary and witnesses unaware of its contents.
