Will forgery trial delayed to fall term in Stamford

Many Divorce Cases Heard Today In Civil Superior Court
A Civil Superior court session was held today before Judges Howard J. Curtis and William M. Maltbie. Numerous uncontested divorce petitions were scheduled for hearing as attorneys argued cases and many separations listed before summer vacation. Salvatore Forlenzo of Stamford pleaded guilty to simple assault and received a two year jail sentence from Judge Keefer.
