Yale Honors 14 Bridgeport Men at Commencement
At Yale commencement yesterday fourteen Bridgeport area graduates received degrees for excellence in various branches. Notables include Louis Blumberg who earned MD cum laude, and Jacob Dolid Isadore Novak of Iranist an avenue who received PhD summa cum laude and magna cum laude respectively. Judge W. M. Maltbie will hear twelve divorce actions in Superior Court tomorrow with about 40 more cases set for next week. Names listed include Julia Kantor Balla versus John Balla and Mary Smegelski versus Vasyl Smegel ski, among others. seven cases originate in this city.

Tailor Must Pay for Cloth Refused Delivery
A Newark supplier sent cloth to tailor A Pokras of 397 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport on July 2 1917. The cloth zigzagged between Newark and Bridgeport as both sides refused delivery. Judge John J Walsh ruled the bill valid ordering Pokras to pay 316.19 with interest totaling 327.28 for the consignment.

Realty Partners Fall Out Two Suits Begun
In Superior Court George Gascoigne of New York sues partner Timmons of Greenwich for damages of 20000 over a 1913 real estate deal in Greenwich. Gascoigne seeks 20000 while Timmons claims to have financed the deal and lent money with a counterclaim of about 16000. The case, not concluded, will resume before Judge H. J. Curtis.

Auto Collision At Kossuth and Burling Sparks Lawsuit
Judge John J. Walsh spent the court day hearing Isabella Huchheiser against Dr Arthbr Keating over damages for an auto crash at Kossuth and Burling streets on Sept 18 1918. Huchheiser seeks 200 for her car while Keating counters with 466. A Keating testified the defendant's car was not at fault. The judge reserved decision.
