Ex-wife accuses O Flyn of stealing child’s love in custody bid
In Greenwich Superior Court Judge Howard J Curtis heard Mrs Florence G O Flyn oppose a bid by ex husband for custody modification citing his effort to wean the boy from his mother. The decree had given the mother half the boy’s summer pay and $100 a month plus another $100 during the time with her. O Flyn, linked to a Brooklyn family, sought withdrawal due to the boy’s illness and private school struggles. Judge Curtis reserved decision.
