Highway 380 traffic switch near Decatur underway
TxDOT has shifted traffic on U S Highway 380 from County Road 1110 to Rose Avenue in Decatur effective September 27. Crews will phase from the south to the north side at 9 a.m. weather permitting. The $31.4 million project aims to finish in fall 2006 and transform the section into a four lane divided roadway.
