Bridgeport Country Club to Rebuild After Demolition
Decatur excavator David Jackson pushed the aging Bridgeport Country Clubhouse to ground on Friday morning. Built in 1966 on 86.6 acres at 16 450, the facility cost about 121 000 including irrigation, equipment, and labor. A new, larger clubhouse is planned with completion targeted for mid September. John Schedik named project overseer.
