Charles Wilhite defeats long time judge John A. Winder for Wise County judge in a 1740 to 1334 runoff. County Treasurer Charlie Lambert reelected with 1797 votes, over H. C. Russell 1221. Total runoff votes: 3074, down from the May 4 primary.
