Youth Takes Life Wed Night At Local Motel
Allen Pruitt once wanted for killing his father and uncle in Mineral Wells died by self inflicted gunshot at the Trailwinds Motel Wednesday night. Police learned he stayed there after driving a stolen 1962 Chevy pickup parked near Bill Townsend’s residence. He was about 6'2" and 240 pounds. He died at Bridgeport Hospital and his body was taken to Hawkins' Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
