A New Year’s Eve slumber party hosted by Mr and Mrs Carl Privitt devolved into a wild all night gathering with games seances and confetti. By New Year’s Day the house resembled a disaster scene with six apparent bodies and two sleepy girls still awake. Bridgeport Fire Hall Fund Seeks Additional Donations
Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce directs efforts to raise about $8 000 for finishing a new Fire Hall on Highway 114 bypass. So far funds totaling over $11 000 have been spent or pledged by local groups and homeowners associations with gifts deposited in escrow.
