Lions Club to Finish Community Building and Library Wing

An early Wednesday incident at Mada's Dress Shop in Bridgeport ended with a burglar thwarted by a vigilant patrolman. Police say an officer patrolling Halsell shortly after 5:00 a.m. spotted a man inside the store and investigated.
