Chamber hears of rate rise and manager under fire

Bridgeport Chamber luncheon hears City Councilman Selz defend City Manager Maury Brown amid calls to abolish the post. Brown notes Texas Power and Light raised city electricity 72 percent from 1972 to 1975, a rise not yet passed to consumers.
