Texas Public Utilities Commission will vote on Wednesday September 21 on the passageway of TXU Electric 345 kV transmission lines planned to run through Wise County. Spokesman Terry Hadley said the decision is before the commissioners. An administrative law judge recommended a route last week.

A crosswind caused the flare to be premature, sending the aircraft left into the grass. both passengers escaped unharmed. The left wheel struck the grass and the craft veered left after two bounces.
