Engelbert Peicker, a 60 year old plumber living at 27 Hallet street and 1558 Seaview avenue, ended his life Saturday by placing a .38 revolver to his head and firing. He believed life held nothing left after a crisis physician’s warning. Police and Emergency Surgeon Finnegan found him dead on arrival.

Portell claims tire blow out caused smash up
Joseph Portell, chauffeur for Julius W. Noyes of New York, charged with reckless driving, had his case continued.
