Wealthy Greenwich resident Howard Thurston has brought proceedings against Beatrice Fleming Thurston of Greenwich. Dr. O. M. Eakins, Philadelphia physician, is named as co-respondent. Thurston says Mrs Thurston has been too friendly with the doctor since June of this year. The Thorstons were married May 28, 1919, and their marital troubles have stirred the millionaires in the Greenwich colony. The suit is returnable in October term.
