Mrs Hills Ends Life After Nervous Breakdown
After two years of illness and a severe nervous breakdown, Mrs. George B. Hills of Stratford Putney District killed herself by cutting her throat with her husband’s razor while her nurse and husband were nearby. The act was premeditated to prevent discovery, with the nurse guarding the doorway as Mrs Hills bound her head to hide the deed. She died the same day, with the burial permit to be issued. She leaves a husband and one son.
