At the meeting last night the Fire commission allowed Dr Arthur LaField to withdraw a six dollar bill for an X ray image of Fireman William V. Pramuka of No. 3 truck. Pramuka was injured responding to an alarm, but the board ruled he was already paid for the time off and paying the bill would set a bad precedent.
