Grace A Watson of 43 Cannon Street was granted a divorce this morning from Percival Watson in the superior court before Judge Burpee. Desertion on March 12, 1909 was the cause. The plaintiff, Grace Taylor by maiden name, testified the husband was frequently intoxicated averaging three to four times weekly. They married December 6, 1905, when the husband was a few years older than 17 year old Grace. After four years of marriage he left for Cincinnati to seek work and did not return as promised. He returned six months later and said he preferred to live alone. He is employed at Jenninge Bros. Elsie M Joseph of Norwalk was granted divorce from Frank R Joseph of Norwalk on grounds of cruelty. Mrs. Joseph, weighing 104 pounds, said her husband was six feet tall and about 200 pounds. They married June 28, 1911, and her maiden name was Elsie Friedlander.
