Dr Banks Loses Suit Against Westport and Connecticut Co

The jury found for the defendants in the $1,500 suit by Dr. C Lincoln Banks of this city against the Town of Westport and the Connecticut Co. Felice Felix Held On Vagrancy Charge In Water Street

A man calling himself Felice of Balelund and known as Felix was charged with having no visible means of support in city court before Judge Wilder. Police testified he lived among the Water street resort community and earned money from dissolute women.
