Clay County again sends two girls to the Indiana State Fair Girls School to be held August 28 to September 12. Representatives are Esther Deeter of Center Point and Mim Ferre Keller of Coulmont, chosen by the County 4H Club Committee for their outstanding 4H Club work. The girls receive all expenses paid and instruction in home economics, with praise from past attendees for the program's value. Last year Ethel Pell of Van Buren Township earned a Purdue University scholarship while at the school. Mrs. L. G. Vanaa is the director in charge.
