Brandon Town Council Proceedings 1910 Public Finance Session
Brandon Mississippi town council met September 6 1910 with Mayor Pat Henry and Aldermen McLaurin Barnes Shields present. Accounts were read and allowed including street work school building and fines reductions. Levy for 1910 set at eight mills for school fund four mills for general fund one mill for interest and sinking. marshal tasked to report taxes by October meeting. Treasurer reports filed for June July August with balances and warrants listed.
